The Night Noodle Markets are so much more than noodles! New Zealanders are in for a treat as the hawker-style fully-licensed pop-up food festival returns to Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington this season - and it’s set to be a feast for your senses!

Celebrating the mouth-watering tastes of Asia, visitors get to enjoy a huge variety of speciality dishes from our local and international stallholders, all experienced under colourful lanterns while taking in free entertainment.

NZ’S BEST SUSTAINABLE EVENT

While food festivals are not usually thought of as environmentally-friendly, the Night Noodle Markets is defying the odds and won the 2018 NZEA Best Sustainable Event award.

All of the packaging our stallholders use is compostable or recyclable. We are very proud to say we diverted 95% of waste from landfill produced at the Auckland 2018 Event!

A JUMP OVER THE DITCH

The Night Noodle Markets concept and brand was brought over from Fairfax Events (Australia) where it has become a iconic food event in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Canberra. The Night Noodle Markets first launched in Sydney in 1998. After making its New Zealand debut in Christchurch, February 2016, the Stuff Events team has run 14 events to date.

Many famous Ozzie stallholders such as Hoy Pinoy, Gelato Messina and Puffle have also made a move over the ditch to serve hungry Kiwi’s their delicious Asian inspired dishes. You can only catch these guys in NZ at the Night Noodle Markets.
